Service-Specific Privacy Notice: Q&A and Other IT Services

We operate IT services (“Services”), including Q&A tools, sometimes under contract to partner (including customer and vendor) organizations. We decide how and why we process the data we receive. While partners may guide reference materials or presentation, they do not control our logging, retention, or processing purposes.

Some Services use reference materials from partners. We use these only to operate and improve the Service, and they are not used to train AI models.

When you use a Service, we collect your question, the AI’s answer, your IP address, timestamp, and other necessary operational data. If you include sensitive personal information, we process it only if you have made it manifestly public or if another lawful GDPR basis applies.

We use this information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, and to prepare usage reports for partners to evaluate system usage and the correctness of responses. We share data with partners for this purpose, with service providers who act on our instructions, and with authorities where legally required. Data may be transferred to the US, Canada, and the UK with appropriate legal safeguards.
